Telling a client facing a serious medical issue that they do not qualify for health insurance is what we used to call "the black hole". It's that hopeless place where you see a desperate need, yet the rules say this person doesn't qualify for federal healthcare subsidies. That's what led us to start Community Health Access. We are dedicated to assisting the uninsured or under-insured of Central Florida, by connecting individuals with resources and finding ways to help make our community a healthier place to live.

Cassandra specializes in strategic marketing and business development in the Medicare and Individual insurance market. She has an ability to foster partnerships and is experienced in working with non-profit organizations. Cassandra oversees the financial matters of CHA, as well as, heading up all marketing endeavors.
Wes Fischer

With over three decades of experience in the health insurance industry, Wes is one of Florida's leading experts in the Medicare Advantage Plan arena. As president and owner of The Health Insurance Store he oversees over 1,000 agents throughout Central Florida. His agency was one of the first to tackle enrollments on the Affordable Care Act Marketplace, helping nearly 150,000 individuals receive coverage. Wes is a sought out speaker on the topic of healthcare reform.
